Stonify Data Export is a Chrome browser extension published by Stonify, 2900 Polo Parkway, Suite 103, Midlothian, VA 23113, United States. It helps a business moving to Stonify copy its own records out of the software it used before, such as Stone Profit Systems, into files that Stonify can import. This section explains what the extension reads, where that information goes, and what it keeps.
What the Extension Reads
The extension reads data only when you start an export, and only from the system you are moving away from (for Stone Profit Systems, its website at *.stoneprofits.com). It reads in the browser tab where you are already signed in, using that sign-in. It cannot see any other website, and it never changes anything in the system you export from.
Depending on the export you choose, it may read:
Your company's users: names, email addresses and roles.
Your customers, vendors and suppliers: names, contact people, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment terms and sales taxes.
Your products, services, price levels and tax rates.
Your chart of accounts and account balances.
Your projects: estimates, sale orders, their lines, payments and scheduled activities.
Where the Information Goes
The extension saves what it reads only on your computer, as spreadsheet, zip and text files downloaded through your browser. It does not send this information to Stonify or to anyone else, and it has no server of its own. If you choose to upload those files to Stonify's Data Import, the rest of this Privacy Policy applies to them.
What the Extension Keeps in Your Browser
A record of which exports finished, with a short count such as "41 users", so the extension can show them as done. It contains no names or other record contents.
While a projects export is unfinished, the jobs it has already read, so the export can continue where it stopped. These are deleted when the export finishes or is started over.
Removing the extension deletes its stored data.
What the Extension Never Does
It never sells your information, uses it for advertising, or uses it to determine creditworthiness.
It never transfers your information to third parties.
It never reads websites other than the system you are exporting from.
It never loads or runs code from outside the extension.

The use of information received by the Stonify Data Export extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
