Secure Cloud Infrastructure
Stonify runs on Microsoft Azure. Customer databases use Azure security controls and are hosted in the region assigned to the database, typically the United States.
Password Protection
Passwords are protected so they are not stored as readable text. This helps reduce the risk of exposure if stored account information is accessed.
Backups and Recovery
Stonify maintains weekly backups, supported by Microsoft Azure’s database backup and recovery capabilities. Backups help us recover information after accidental loss or a technical problem.
Ongoing Security Testing
Stonify undergoes monthly penetration testing using Casco. This testing helps identify potential vulnerabilities so they can be reviewed and addressed.

DATA OWNERSHIP
Customers can request a copy of their data before ending their Stonify service. We keep the process clear so your shop can prepare for a transition.

Deletion After Service
Customer data is deleted within 30 days after service ends, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.

If you discover a potential vulnerability or suspect unauthorized access involving Stonify, tell us what you found. Include the affected page or workflow, steps to reproduce the issue, and relevant technical details. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or customer data.
