Project
Introduced a new Create Project modal. The old multi-step process has been replaced with a single screen for faster setup. Future improvements will make it even more compact (e.g., streamlined contact entry, auto-prefilled info from default settings).
Bulk edit of tasks in Project Detail now allows you to unassign a package.
Quote / Deal
Added support for searching through alternative descriptions of products and services. Once enabled, the preference is saved in your browser so you don’t have to set it up every time.
Matching text is highlighted in results, making the search experience smoother.
Services
Added support for alternative descriptions, just like products. This allows you to create aliases for services and see them in search results.
Settings
Task Groups can now be reordered via drag & drop. You can also collapse all groups for easier navigation.
Task Workflow has an improved modal for adding tasks, and task groups are now displayed so you can quickly see where a task belongs.
Price Groups can be deactivated if no longer needed.
The User List now shows the last time each password was changed, making it easy to spot users with outdated credentials.
Finance
Added filters to the Reconciliations screen, so you can easily narrow results to a specific account or just credit cards/bank accounts.
Product and Service account setup is now restricted by type—Assets to Asset accounts, Revenue to Income accounts, COGS and Expenses to COGS/Expense accounts. This reduces mistakes, like assigning income to a COGS account.
The Chart of Accounts table now has sortable columns.
The Account Detail view includes a search input, and journal entries can be sorted by credit/debit values.
Check Payments now show a flag indicating whether they’ve been printed. You can remove the flag if necessary. A new button in the Payments screen lets you bulk print all unprinted checks.
Reports
Lead Export now includes: Total Deal Price, Quote Decline Reasons, Invoiced Amount, and Invoice Due Amount.
Added a new report: Sales – Summary by Item. This works like Detail by Item but is grouped per item, so you can quickly see total sales for each product/service in a period.
The old Sales Summary by Item has been renamed to Sales History by Product.
Custom Project Views now support logical OR for task conditions (default is AND). This makes views much more flexible.
Fixed bugs in reports:
Task Filter date input sometimes showed an undefined error.
Columns weren’t updating correctly when reordered in certain cases.
Sales – Detail by Item totals weren’t updated properly under some filter combinations.
Inventory
Fixed a bug where inventory on hold could still be allocated when selected via the lot/summary checkbox.
Calendar
Cleaner UI for showing conflicting availability intervals—irrelevant users are no longer displayed.
Logistics
Optimized the Logistics page so it loads faster.
