Release Notes v0.5.75 (July 2)
Jul 2, 2025
Products
The Inventory tab now splits summary information per lot into Slabs vs Remnants, making it easier to understand what’s available at a glance.
Custom fields for products can now be managed directly in Settings.
Finance
The Sales Tax report now has clickable cells that show the documents used to calculate each tax amount.
Reconciliation reports can now be printed.
Automatically generated journal entries can be edited—for example, if a product was linked to the wrong revenue account and you need to correct historical data.
Payment printouts now include the Invoice ID of the Issuer if filled out.
Added sorting for payments by amount, account, and ref#. By default, undeposited transactions are now hidden (you can show them using the toggle). The reconciliation status has its own column, and we’ve also added a filter for payment amount.
Aligned how bill IDs are displayed. If an ID is set manually (via Issuer Invoice ID), the autogenerated Stonify ID is hidden. This makes working with bills more intuitive.
Added a new feature for bulk vendor bill payments. You can now pay multiple bills efficiently with a single click via the new Pay Bills button in the Payables table.
Note: Bulk check printing will be added in an upcoming release.
Project
In Project Detail > Overview, package order now matches the order in the Deal tab. This makes it easy to track project progress by phase—just rearrange the packages in the Deal by completion date, and you’ll see the same order across views.
The Project Changelog now shows when inventory is allocated or unallocated.
Reports
Custom View filters have been improved—it’s now clearer which task is used in each filter.
The Sales Forecast report includes new settings for showing Invoice Internal Notes or Deal Internal Notes. Also fixed a bug where selecting options like “Last Month” didn’t correctly pre-select the end date.
The Sales – Detail by Item report now includes a Product/Service filter, allowing you to quickly isolate sales for a specific item.
For users with connected Outlook accounts: connections now expire after 90 days. We’ve added a clearer message when this happens and a button in your Profile to easily refresh the connection.
